A CORONER recorded a verdict of death by misadventure for a young woman who died suddenly at home.

Ravinder Bhangle, a 23-year-old social worker, was found dead by her sister on the afternoon of July 19 this year.

The inquest heard how in the morning she had come downstairs at the home she shared with her family, in Hurst Grove, and seemed in good spirits as she collected her laptop computer.

Ravinder died from cardio-respiratory arrest but toxicology reports found no illicit drugs or alcohol in her system.

She was however taking medication for a medical condition, a high dose of which was found in her bloodstream.

Ravinder had been taking anti-depressant medication and her mood was low at the time of her death.

But a report claimed that in a recent appointment she had no thoughts of suicide and was talking about the future.

Coroner David Morris recorded a verdict of death by misadventure and expressed his sympathy to her family.
