A MOTHER died after accidently taking an overdose of anti-depressants, an inquest has been told.  Donna-Marie Wetherillcor, 41, was found at her home in Oakley Crescent, Fremington on August 27.

She was discovered by her partner Stephen Pearce unconscious in her bedroom and pronounced dead by ambulance crews shortly after 9am. The discovery came less then a day after she was last seen.

Toxicology reports discovered large levels of an anti-depressant drug in her system.

Although the inquest heard that Miss Wetherill had previously attempted to take her own life, Coroner Dr Earland told said she did not believe this was the case on this occasion.

Dr Earland ruled the cause of death as drug related.
