ISRO employee commits suicide in office

Bangalore, June 24 (IBNS) A senior employee of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) hanged himself to death at his office here, police said on Friday.
According to the police, M Chandrashekar (60), who worked as an accounts officer at ISRO, hanged himself from a ceiling fan using an electrical wire inside his office.
The man,a resident of Ramamurthy Nagar, was to retired from ISRO in July. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son.
The police said Chandrashekar was suffering from depression and was under medication.
A post-mortem was conducted at the Dr B R Ambedkar Hospital and results are awaited.
