The woman accused of fatally stabbing her mother outside Eastpoint Mall was awaiting trial on charges she stabbed her husband in the neck while he slept, Baltimore County court records show.

Crystal Marie Wagner, 29, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her mother, Malia Delores Wagner, 60, on Saturday. She is also scheduled to go to trial in September on charges of attempted first- and second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing last October of her husband.

Assistant State’s Attorney Francis Pilarski pointed to that case Monday at a bail review hearing at District Court in Essex, where a judge denied bond. Wagner is being held at the county detention center.

“It’s undoubtedly a no-bail case,” Pilarski said in court.
